The AGM serves as a platform for all AYEA members to come together, discuss the organization’s progress and achievements, and set future goals. During the meeting, members can participate in decision-making, voice their opinions, and vote on important matters. It also provides an opportunity to network and strengthen relationships among entrepreneurs.

AYEA General Entrepreneurship Training

This program focuses on equipping aspiring and existing entrepreneurs with essential skills and knowledge for running successful businesses. Topics covered include business planning, marketing strategies, financial management, and legal considerations. The training is interactive and offers practical insights and real-world applications to nurture participants’ entrepreneurial spirit.

Networking Events for AYEA Members

Business Formalization Project for AYEA Entrepreneurs

This annual project aims to assist entrepreneurs in formalizing their businesses and ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws. It includes workshops on the importance of business registration, acquiring necessary permits, and understanding tax obligations. The project guides transforming informal businesses into legally recognized entities, enhancing credibility and access to funding.

AYEA Mentorship Program

The mentorship program pairs experienced entrepreneurs with less experienced members seeking guidance and support. Mentors share their insights, experiences, and best practices to help mentees navigate challenges and grow their businesses. This one-on-one relationship fosters personal growth and professional development within the entrepreneurial community. This program is AYEA’s most successful activity, having mentored over 300 young business owners in the past six years, all of whom are thriving in their ventures.

AYEA Seminar on Leadership and Business Development

This seminar focuses on enhancing leadership skills and business acumen among members. It covers various aspects of leadership, including effective communication, team management, and strategic thinking. Industry experts and thought leaders are often invited to share their knowledge, inspiring attendees to adopt innovative practices and lead with confidence.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions for Members

These personalized coaching sessions provide members with tailored advice and support for their specific business challenges.
