Abdoulie D. Bah is the founder of the African Youth Entrepreneurship Academy (AYEA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of The Gambia. He is a certified business consultant and trainer with the Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) and the International Labor Organization (ILO).

Abdoulie has provided consultancy services for various projects, including the ROOTS initiative, as well as for organizations such as ActionAid International and the American Embassy in The Gambia through their Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund. He also served as the Project Supervisor for the ILO Business Formalization Project and is currently a Lead Trainer for the ILO.
